PERSONAL TRAINING (VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON)

I’ll use my 15+ years of experience to create a personalized fitness and lifestyle plan tailored to your needs. You will learn safe and effective form, correct imbalances, increase mobility, build strength, and cultivate well-being! Whether you're new to fitness or a professional athlete, I will take you to the next level and beyond.

Sessions can occur virtually via Zoom or in person in my open-air garage.

HOLISTIC LIFESTYLE COACHING

As a holistic lifestyle coach, I approach wellness comprehensively. Both a certified CHEK (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) Practitioner and a CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, I am adept at implementing Paul Chek's revolutionary methods to help you cultivate health and happiness.

We’ll begin with an in-depth Integrative Movement Assessment— an exhaustive analysis to identify areas to address. Then, I’ll develop a personalized program that targets your needs.

For more complex cases, we’ll schedule regular sessions to work through the four doctors— Dr. Happiness, Dr. Quiet, Dr. Movement, and Dr. Diet. Balancing the four doctors will have you on your way to physical, mental, and emotional prosperity.

Long-term athletics without proper workouts, mobility, stretching and recovery can greatly hinder your performance and make you plateau. I have a proven approach to strengthen you and your team physically, mentally, and emotionally. Which all matters on game day.
